Hotels and Transportation

Rather than use a single conference hotel, NCCO is providing a list of recommended hotels in the downtown Atlanta area. These hotels are located near many of Atlanta's great restaurants, Centennial Olympic Park, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and other landmarks. NCCO will provide shuttle service during selected hours between the downtown area and Morehouse College (just a 10-minute drive).

You are welcome to book your own hotel from this list or to find your own options.

Note: The first conference session will begin on Thursday morning, and the final conference session will end Saturday mid-afternoon. For many attendees, a 2-night stay Thurs/Fri/Sat will be sufficient, though some guests may choose to arrive Wednesday or depart Sunday.

Some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Will there be a hybrid or a virtual option for attendance?

    • No. NCCO10 will be an in-person conference. NCCO is an all-volunteer operation, and we do not have the volunteer capacity or the funding to provide remote access to the conference.
  • Do any of the nearby dining options have outdoor spaces with fresh air?

    • Yes. All of the Morehouse College counter-service and take-out dining options can be enjoyed in outdoor spaces, weather permitting. In addition, we will be hosting food trucks for lunch on selected days of the conference, housed outside the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center. In addition, the downtown Atlanta restaurant options include multiple outdoor spaces for enjoying your meals during our dinner hours.
  • May I request a refund of my NCCO registration?

    • In general, we have a "no refund" policy for NCCO conferences. However, if circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel the conference, then we will process refunds in that eventuality.
